V-Day Attack!
I got bored today and made a video with my iPhone 3G, using the new Qik video recorder app. The quality isn’t all that awesome, but the convenience of pulling my phone out of my pocket and making a video is VERY awesome. Hopefully the next phone I get has better recording capabilities.

I was going through my iPhone photos today (trying to fix missing images from the blog changeover) and found a pic of my Halloween costume from 2008.
Keeping it clean
Of course I’m referring to the blog theme, not it’s content. Decided to go with something simple and clean, while touching it up with a logo and some customized coloring. It’s not quite where I want it to be yet but I’m definitely satisfied and I’ll be retouching it up here and there (as soon as I relearn some basic HTML and CSS).
Spending the rest of todayassembling my studio space so I can start filming with better lighting and a green screen.

My lovely wife baked up some treats this afternoon for no reason in particular and I thought I’d share them. Unfortunately my camera battery wasn’t charged so I took these pics with my iPhone, but played around in the Photoshop app to spice up the pictures a bit.
Both the cupcake and the buttercream frosting have a chai spice flavoring.

If WordPress could talk, that’s what I think it’d say right now. I just figured out that I can import all my old blogger posts into WordPress. HUZZAH! I was about to start manually adding them all and changing the time/date stamps. I think I’ll spend that time instead kicking back with a flavored seltzer and actually enjoying my Saturday instead. Let WordPress do all the work. 
I found a theme that I think I like and can work with to make my own. Might be a few more days but this blog should look reeeeeeaaal pretty soon.

Not that I had very much to begin with, or that I updated often, but I was fed up with blogger and I have decided to go with WordPress.
My Brain hurts. But it seems to be mostly working so far.
Gotta make/find a theme… perhaps repost some of my old posts.

Finally going HD with my videos, and I put together a quick vid for the New Year. However it seems that my blog template was great for the old 4:3 aspect ratio youtube videos, and now the HD width is breaking my blog structure.
Sigh. Well, I’m putting it up anyway, and I guess I’ll be remaking my blog… AGAIN. Anyways, ENJOY!

Double Dark Raspberry Cake
The holidays were time consuming and I don’t have much to post of my own quite yet. So at the insistance of my lovely wife, I am going to brag about her baking again.
I give you the Double Dark Raspberry Cake.
Dark Chocolate cake covered in a Dark Chocolate Ganache and topped with Raspberries.
